What are the steps to place the order

  1. Send us the design of your uniforms. If you don’t have the design yet, please click here to get free graphic design of your uniforms.
  2. After you are satisfied with the design, please email the sizes and numbers of your order to info@healysportswear.com and we will send you the quotation or invoice  of your uniforms.
  3. You can pay half of the payment as the deposit and you can pay the rest of the payment when the uniforms are done and ready to ship. (But you will need to completed your payment before we ship your uniforms). Rush order requires full payment before process.
  4. After we get your payment. We will do the order details of your order and send to your email for your approval before we start making the uniforms.  (In the order details we will have all the details about the sizes and numbers, the graphic designs, the shipping address, phone number and the expect delivery date  of your order . Please make sure you check the Order Details very careful before giving us our approval.)
  5. When your uniforms are done, we will ship your uniforms and send you the tracking numbers so you can track your shipment online. (You will need to complete your full payment before we ship the uniforms. )

How can I see my mock-up before we order?

  • Please send your information (Your choosing style, color, team name, letter and number’s font) to our email design@healysportswear.com. We will have the designs for you within 24 hours.

What is the material of the uniforms?

  • Please check the description of each item for more details.

Will you do custom design for our team?

  • Yes, we will. You can call us or email us. We will help you to custom your own style.

Can I check the status of my order?

  • You can email us at info@healysportswear.com to ask about the status of your order. When we ship the uniform, we will give you the tracking numbers so you can go to www.ups.com, www.usps.com and www.fedex.com/us to track your uniform.

Do you have a size chart?

  • Yes we do, please click here check the size chart of our uniforms.

Do you guys send out sample sizing kit?

  • Yes. We do send out sample sizing kit, please click here to order the sizing sample kit.

Can I request sample of my actual order?

  • Yes. We can make one sample of your actual design. We will refund 50% for the cost of the sample when you decide to place the bulk order for whole team.

How long will it take to get sample of my actual order?

  • It would take about 7 to 14 days.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

  • We will process your order within 24 hours after your payment is completed.

Do you accept rush orders?

  • Yes, we do. Please contact us for more information.

Do you have any special discount?

  • Yes, if you make big quantity order, we will give you more discount, please contact us for more details.

Can I add more uniforms later when we have extra players?

  • Yes . You can

What are your payment methods?

  • We accept  PayPal,  VISA, MASTER CARD, and Checks,  Money order and School purchase order.

What is your turn around time?

  • Usually, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks to get your uniform after your payment is completed. But sometimes the post office takes more time for delivery. And we are not  responsible if there is any delay from the shipping companies like United States Postal Service or UPS (others companies take around 4 to 6 weeks)

What is your Return Policy?

  • For Plain uniforms: We offer return or exchange for plain uniforms only. Please contact us within 7 days received to report the problems and we will help you to resolve the problems or issue the refund after you sent the uniforms back to us. We can’t offer return due to wrong sizes. Please make sure that you review our size chart before place order.
  • For Custom uniforms:
    • We don’t accept the return or exchange for custom uniforms (which have your team name or logos, designs or your choosing colors).
    • Please make sure that you review our size chart before place an order.
    • We will send the order details with designs and all uniform’s information to the customer so please review your order details carefully before we process. The order details will be a valid agreement between customers and our company. We will make the uniforms based on order details and will offer return or exchange if we fail to follow the order details. Otherwise, we are not responsible for wrong size, number, name which the customers gave to us.
    • Regarding to fabric materials and colors, each company has different materials and color tones so please make sure that you request for a sample or color samples to double check to match your team color. We are not responsible for mismatch color due to customer’s choice.
