(Use the chart below to determine your size. If you’re on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. For example, if you are a women and your chest measurement is 34 inches, your jersey size will be Women Adult Small. But if your chest measurement is 36 inches, you can choose either size Adult Small for a tighter fit or Adult Medium for a looser fit. Please pay an attention to Inseam as well for short/Pant.)
If you are still not sure about the sizes ? You may need to order the sizing sample kits. It’s $50 for the sizing sample kits. We will send you 4 different sizes of your request so you can have the players try them on to make sure we get the right size for all the players.
Of course, you will be able to get your $50 back when you return the sizing sample kits to us .

Healy Sportswear is happy to send out FREE SAMPLES to our school orders. We believe it is necessary for our high school, middle school, and college level coaches to judge the quality of our product when choosing their teams’ uniform supplier. Healy Sportswear is 100% confident in the superior product we produce, and will gladly ship out free samples of our basketball uniforms, shipping fees included! This sample is yours to keep, and is a token of our gratitude and wish to work with your school’s organization.

In order to process the order, all purchase orders must include:
- Contact name, phone number and email (in case we have any questions).
- Accounts payable name, phone number and email (we send out your invoice by email, so a valid email address is required to process your order).
- A Purchase Order Number.
- Billing and Shipping Address.
- Clearly stated item name, unit cost, and quantity needed.
- If you are located in the state of California, kindly attach your tax exempt number.

We operate with a “net 30” payment arrangement for approved school purchase orders. That is, payment is expected in full not more than 30 days after your order is processed. Currently we also cover shipping costs for educators located in the contiguous United States.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for your shipping address.

What are the steps to place the order
- Send us the design of your uniforms. If you don’t have the design yet, please click here to get free graphic design of your uniforms.
- After you are satisfied with the design, please email the sizes and numbers of your order to email@example.com and we will send you the quotation or invoice of your uniforms.
- You can pay half of the payment as the deposit and you can pay the rest of the payment when the uniforms are done and ready to ship. (But you will need to completed your payment before we ship your uniforms.). Rush order requires full payment before process.
- After we get your payment. We will do the order details of your order and send to your email for your approval before we start making the uniforms. (In the order details we will have all the details about the sizes and numbers, the graphic designs, the shipping address, phone number and the expect delivery date of your order . Please make sure you check the Order Details very careful before giving us our approval.)
- When your uniforms are done, we will ship your uniforms and send you the tracking numbers so you can track your shipment online. (You will need to complete your full payment before we ship the uniforms. )
How can I see my mock up before we order?
- Please send your information (Your choosing style, color, team name, letter and number’s font) to our email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will have the designs for you within 24 hours.
Will you do custom design for our team?
- Yes, we will. You can call us or email us. We will help you to custom your own style.
Can I check the status of my order?
- You can email us at email@example.com to ask about the status of your order . When we ship the uniform, we will give you the tracking numbers so you can go to www.ups.com or www.usps.com to track your uniform.
How long will it take for my order to be processed ?
- We will process your order within 24 hours after your payment is completed.
Can I add more uniforms later when we have extra players ?
- Yes . You can . You will need to pay extra $35 for the re-setup fee.
What are your payment methods ?
- We accept PayPal, VISA, MASTER CARD, and Checks, Money order and School purchase order.
What is your turn around time ?
- Usually, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks to get your uniform after your payment is completed. But sometimes the post office takes more time for delivery. And we are not responsible if there is any delay from the shipping companies like United States Postal Service or UPS (others companies take around 4 to 6 weeks)
What is your Return Policy?
- For Plain uniforms: We offer return or exchange for plain uniforms only. Please contact us within 7 days received to report the problems and we will help you to resolve the problems or issue the refund after you sent the uniforms back to us. We can’t offer return due to wrong sizes. Please make sure that you review our size chart before place order.
- For Custom uniforms:
- We don’t accept the return or exchange for custom uniforms (which have your team name or logos, designs or your choosing colors).
- Please make sure that you review our size chart before place an order.
- We will send the order details with designs and all uniform’s information to the customer so please review your order details carefully before we process. The order details will be a valid agreement between customers and our company. We will make the uniforms based on order details and will offer return or exchange if we fail to follow the order details. Otherwise, we are not responsible for wrong size, number, name which the customers gave to us.

At Healy Sportswear, we understand the need to expedite uniforms for your players. Taking care in our clients’ satisfaction, we offer superior turnaround times for fill in orders, which take as little as 7 to 10 days— in addition to free shipping and no re-setup costs to you. Adding more uniforms for your extra players is hassle free with our service.
While fabric dye lots in the garment industry change several times monthly, and subsequent batches of the fabric are modeled from similar pigments, at times individual batches will have slightly different hues when closely examined. Despite this fact of our industry, Healy Sportswear has a dedication to customer satisfaction, and we will do our best to ensure your new colors are as close to the original order as possible. We make our clients aware that 100% color matches are not guaranteed, however we remain committed to your satisfaction with a dedicated attention to service and quality.
With dye sublimation uniforms, we will do our best to match the color of your original order, with only minor shading differences should your orders occur at different times. Our transparent practice is key to our customer service— and small differences in color are the result of ink and fabric variations from our suppliers.
It is with our clients’ best interest in mind that we strongly suggest all customers place orders for extra uniforms along with their original order.
